Harissons Bags, hereby provides Nationwide Warranty on select items for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the User against material manufacturing defects only.

The Warranty, however, is subject to the following conditions:

 

  1. This Warranty is valid only if the warranty card and invoice is filled in, stamped and signed by the authorized dealer/distributor or Harissons outlet (except for institutional purchases). The card and/or invoice must be preserved and produced along with the defective piece.
  2. In case you receive a defective piece at the time of purchase you can just contact us via our Customer Care Cell. You can email us on customercare@harissonsbags.com or call/WhatsApp us on +91-7045698257. Once the nature of the issue is determined by our Customer Care Team your product will either be repaired or replaced.

 

  1. This Warranty is NOT valid for:
    1. Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, acids and exposure to rain/water.
    2. Damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents and scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining or any other fabric.
    3. Damages from mishandling and abuse in transit by carriers (Airlines, Railway, Buses etc.) If such abuse occurs, one must immediately file a claim with the Carrier Company before leaving the transport terminal.
    4. Damages to the leather trimmings.

 

  1. The Company will undertake to repair/replace the defective piece at its own discretion and its decision as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this Warranty, is final.
  2. In the interest of product upgradation, the Company is free to change its product specification without notice. In case spares for given models are not available, the Company may at its discretion, offer an equivalent model at a special rate.
  3. Any disputes arising out of the applicability / usage of this Warranty card is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
  4. The Company's liability for damages shall be restricted only up to repair/replacement of the defective piece and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the invoice/cash memo.
  5. This Warranty excludes every condition/warranty liability not expressly set out herein.
  6. All locks and security mechanism fitted on the luggage are delaying devices and can't prevent theft of the contents and luggage.

More About Warranty

If the bag/product falls under the warranty period and is used with reasonable care, you need not worry. Here are a few steps you need to follow:

1. Click the product pictures and send it to our Customer Support Team on customercare@harissonsbags.com. This is to assess the nature of the issue that you are facing so we can process your claim.

2. Once our Customer Support Team approves of the issue, you need to send the same product to our Service Center at your cost.

3. Once the product is received, we’ll make sure that the issue you've been facing is solved and see if there are any other issues to be dealt with so that the product we send back, serves you perfectly, as it is meant to be.

4. Once the product is repaired and perfect, we will send back the product to your address.

*Please Note: Our customer support team will dispatch the repaired product within 5 days of receiving the product.

This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months provided the piece is
used with reasonable care.

Yes! We undertake repair (or replacement) of the defective piece within the warranty
period and our decisions as to the nature of the defects and applicability of
this warranty are final.

Our liability for damages is restricted to repair/replacement of the defective
piece only.

The warranty card and the relevant invoice or cash memo must be preserved and produced along with the luggage unit.

While these cases are
extremely rare, however, if you do receive a wrong or a damaged product, please ensure that you contact our Customer Care Department at: +91-7045698257 or shoot us an email at customercare@harissonsbags.com within 48 hours of
receiving the product. In such cases, we would request you to courier the product to us, we will reimburse the courier charges via bank transfer or online store credit.

In the interest of product upgradation, we may change our product and may
therefore not be able to provide a replacement for your unit.

Any dispute arising out of the purchases, use, or warranty is subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
