Warranty Registration: To register your warranty, please fill out the form {Warranty Registration Form}. Upon registration, you’ll be covered for 12 months on non-luggage items and 36 months for luggage.
Luggage: 36 months with an option to extend it to 48 months.
Backpacks and Other Products: 12 months with an option to extend it to 24 months.

For added protection, we offer a 12-month extended warranty for both luggage and other products. To activate the extended warranty, simply fill out the attached form {Extended Warranty Form} and your warranty period will be extended for an additional 12 months from the original purchase date.

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it, and if eligible, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable time.
The repaired product will be dispatched back to you within 7-15 working days.
Ensure your product is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.

Regular Cleaning: Dust off your bag weekly with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution. Remember to test on a small area first!
Regularly Air Out: Open your bag and let it air out regularly to prevent odors from building up, especially if you carry food or gym clothes.
Storage: Store your bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging bags by the straps to prevent stretching.
Avoid Overloading: Always carry your bag with balanced weight. Overloading can damage the zippers and seams over time.
Weather Protection: If your bag is exposed to rain, gently wipe it dry as soon as possible. Use one of our weather-proof covers (click here) to protect it from rain,dust or sunlight.
Keep It Fresh: Use silica gel packs inside your bag to absorb moisture and prevent odors.
Handle with Care: Always pick up your bag by the handles or straps. Avoid dragging it on the floor to prevent scuffs and tears.
Be Cautious with Sharp Objects: Always place sharp objects like keys/scissors in a separate pouch (Solo pouch click here) to avoid scratching or tearing the bag’s interior.
Terms & Conditions:
Warranty Coverage: The Harissons warranty is valid for a period of 12 months (default) or 24 months (extended) for non-luggage items, and 36 months (default) or 48 months (extended) for luggage, starting from the date of purchase.
Excluded Damages: This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, mishandling, negligence, misuse, unauthorized repairs, exposure to extreme conditions (such as heat, water, solvents, or acids), or normal wear and tear. It also excludes damage to vegan leather trimmings and cosmetic wear on zippers, locks, and other fittings.
Warranty Claim Process: To claim warranty, the product must be sent to our service center at the customer’s cost, with the Warranty Card and Purchase Invoice. All claims must be reported within the warranty period. Harissons reserves the right to repair or replace defective items at its discretion.
Product Upgrades: Harissons reserves the right to change or upgrade the product design or features at any time. Replacement items may not match the exact product being returned.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from the purchase, use, or warranty of the product will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
Exclusion of Liability: Harissons shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if Harissons has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
No Warranty Beyond Stated Terms: This warranty excludes all conditions and liabilities not expressly stated herein.
