TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) The Harissons Warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase - and covers all material defects and workmanship-related issues. This Warranty is subject to reasonable care being exercised while using the product.

Harissons' 1-year manufacturer's warranty provides coverage for manufacturing flaws that impact the core functionality of the item. These include:

1) Zippers breaking
2) Torn Zipper Track
3) Broken Buttons
4) Seal and Seam Defects

2) The Warranty is not applicable in the following circumstances:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components or accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, acids, or exposure to rain/water
  • Wearing off of powder coating, gold plating, and wood finish on zip pullers, fittings, labels, locks, frames, channels, and all other plastic and metallic surfaces.
  • Damages from mishandling and abuse in transit (if such abuse occurs, a claim must be immediately filed with the carrier/courier partner before leaving
  • Damage to the vegan leather trimmings

3) We undertake to repair or replace any defective pieces within a reasonable period, and our decision regarding the nature of the defects and the applicability of this warranty is final.

4) The Warranty Card and Purchase Invoice must be preserved and produced along with the product.

5) The product must be delivered at the customer's cost to our service center, located at Mumbai, at the following address: Unit No 210 2nd Floor, Bldg No.E-09. Parasnath Complex, Owali, Mankali Rd, (Dapoda Rd), Bhiwandi, Thane - 421302.

6) In the interest of product upgradation, we reserve the right to change the product, and we may not be able to provide a replacement for the customer's unit.

7) Any dispute arising out of the purchase, use, or warranty is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai.

8) This warranty excludes any condition/warranty liability not expressly stated herein.

9) All locks and security mechanism fitted on the luggage are only dealing devices and can’t prevent theft of the contents and luggage.

Harissons Bags, hereby provides Nationwide Warranty on select items for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the User against material manufacturing defects only.

The Warranty, however, is subject to the following conditions:

 

  1. This Warranty is valid only if the warranty card and invoice is filled in, stamped and signed by the authorized dealer/distributor or Harissons outlet (except for institutional purchases). The card and/or invoice must be preserved and produced along with the defective piece.
  2. In case you receive a defective piece at the time of purchase you can just contact us via our Customer Care Cell. You can email us on customercare@harissonsbags.com or call/WhatsApp us on +91-7045698257. Once the nature of the issue is determined by our Customer Care Team your product will either be repaired or replaced.

 

  1. This Warranty is NOT valid for:
    1. Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, acids and exposure to rain/water.
    2. Damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents and scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining or any other fabric.
    3. Damages from mishandling and abuse in transit by carriers (Airlines, Railway, Buses etc.) If such abuse occurs, one must immediately file a claim with the Carrier Company before leaving the transport terminal.
    4. Damages to the leather trimmings.

 

  1. The Company will undertake to repair/replace the defective piece at its own discretion and its decision as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this Warranty, is final.
  2. In the interest of product upgradation, the Company is free to change its product specification without notice. In case spares for given models are not available, the Company may at its discretion, offer an equivalent model at a special rate.
  3. Any disputes arising out of the applicability / usage of this Warranty card is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
  4. The Company's liability for damages shall be restricted only up to repair/replacement of the defective piece and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the invoice/cash memo.
  5. This Warranty excludes every condition/warranty liability not expressly set out herein.
  6. All locks and security mechanism fitted on the luggage are delaying devices and can't prevent theft of the contents and luggage.

Please follow the instructions mentioned on the leaflet you would have received with the product. If you have not received a leaflet with your bag, fret not! Just follow us on Instagram and send us a message saying Harissons 6 Months post which you will receive a form to fill out. Once you have successfully submitted the form, voila! You have an extra 6 months of warranty protection on your bag!

 

KNOW MORE ABOUT YOUR WARRANTY

This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months provided the bag is used with reasonable care.

Our warranty covers all kinds of material defects (like coating of fabric) and faulty workmanship (loose stitches).

Our warranty does not cover user-damages and wear and tear. We advise you to use your bag with care and the bag will take care of you!

While these cases are extremely rare, however, if you do receive a wrong or a damaged product, please ensure that you contact our Customer Care Department at: +91-7045698257 or shoot us an email at customercare@harissonsbags.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.

In such cases, we would request you to courier the product to us, we will reimburse the courier charges via bank transfer or online store credit.

Yes! We undertake repair (or replacement) of the defective piece within the warranty period and our decisions as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this warranty are final. Our liability for damages is restricted to repair/replacement of the defective piece only.

Modification of the bag by the customer will void the warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage from normal use only, and any modifications made to the bag may compromise its original design and functionality. As such, we cannot be held liable for any damages that occur as a result of customer modifications. We strongly advise against making any alterations to the bag to ensure the warranty remains valid.

In the interest of product upgradation, we may change our product and may therefore not be able to provide a replacement for your unit. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY?

If the bag/product falls under the warranty period and is used with reasonable care, you need not worry. Here are a few steps you need to follow:

Step 01:

Click clear pictures of your bag highlighting the issue/defect faced as well as a picture of the backside of the care instruction label (as per the image below), along with the invoice to be uploaded. Please upload all the required documents and images along with answering all the questions in the form here: Warranty Claim Form

Step 02:

Once our Customer Support Team approves of the issue, you need to send the same product to our Service Centre at your cost.

Step 03:

Once the product is received, we’ll make sure that the issue you've been facing is solved and see if there are any other issues to be dealt with so that the product we send back, serves you perfectly, as it is meant to be.

Step 04:

Once the product is repaired and perfect, we will send it back the product to your address.
