Return Policy

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Products must also be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products purchased using coupon codes offering up to 20% discount are eligible for return or exchange, subject to the return conditions mentioned above. Products purchased using coupon codes offering more than 20% discount, or during sale events exceeding 20% off, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, damaged, or not in original packaging (unless they arrived damaged).

COD Fees: COD fees will not be refunded.

Customized Products

  • All customized or personalized products (including screen printing, digital printing, engraving, monogramming, color/size modifications, or special requests) are considered final sale.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for customized products under any circumstances.
  • Please ensure all details for customization are carefully reviewed and confirmed before placing your order, as mistakes or changes cannot be reversed.
  • This policy ensures that your unique, personalized product remains exclusively yours.

Wrong or Damaged Products

  • In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Charges and Refunds

  • Return Charges: Return charges may apply.

  • Reverse Pickup: Ship the product to the following address once your return/exchange is approved:

  • Packaging: Ensure items are packaged as received.
